stock charts music: listen to the sound of the downfall

aaah, it just feels nice if two totally unrelated topics from our little binary punk universe suddenly connect:
last year we wrote about Johannes Kreidler and his physical denial of service attack against the german GEMA and only a few days ago we happily announced the birth of microsoft’s songsmith “auto-composer”.

and know what? Kreidler just took the sign of the time and derived melodies from stock charts and threw them at the mighty little songsmith. this is great!

note to self: if nothing works out and the first gray hairs see the day of light – start art, dom. this is stuff you totally can identify with and it’s even fun. i wonder how hard it is to make a living this way….
