but if it’s okay for the Detroit News to print this article i also want to spread this picture through the world.
somehow it is pretty tragic real-world art: homeless person died and nobody called the police for weeks as he was encased in ice.

honestly, if i would see something like this i don’t know if i would call the police as it would be just to surreal to be true. i bet i would think this is one example of the weird street art stuff that’s pretty prominent in berlin.
