japanese house mixer!

let us celebrate the arrival of my new old japanese house mixer, well, with a video of a japanese mixing house?

whatever, i was mixing old house classics yesterday after setting up the mixer and stumbled over this video.

“and dom always said mixing is like having sex”.

needless to say that i had to pick up the whole movie immediately – Frog River from 2002. never heard of it before. seems to be a story about a japanese house head. imdb says “Record shop clerk and aspiring DJ Tsutomu searches for his masculinity when challenged to a kendo duel.” hope i’ll find time during the next days to watch it. japanese and english subtitles :-)
