Disko’s application guide for Mac switchers
As more and more people are switching, I’m almost constantly asked: “which applications do I need (should I install) on Mac OS X?”
To make a long answer short: you won’t need a great number, as the applications delivered with your Mac already satify most of everybody’s everday needs.
Here’s a list of apps I recommend (in alphabetcal order). Almost nobody will need every app from the list, but each is useful for it’s specific purpose.
